- How do I pay for my journey?
Pay by PayPal, or credit or debit card when you book. Or, pay cash when your driver arrives.
- How do I open a corporate account?
Send us a message online or give us a call. If sending a message online, we will get back to you about the possibility of setting up a corporate account within 24 hours.
- What services do you offer for airport transport?
If being picked up at the airport, your driver will give you a call when they have arrived so that you will be able to find each other at the arrivals bay. We do offer meet and greet services, but these may involve an extra fee.
- Why do you ask for my flight number when I book airport travel?
This is so that we can monitor your flight. And, if you flight is delayed, and we have your flight number, we will automatically reschedule your journey for no extra charge. Without your flight number, rescheduled journeys may incur an extra fee.
- How do you calculate your prices?
We make our prices as competitive as can be, and on some of our regular routes we offer fixed, low prices. The price you are charged will be per vehicle rather than per passenger. So, fill those minibuses up if you want to!
- Are your drivers registered?
Yes, all our drivers are registered with the local licensing authority.
